The names to appear on the ballot for the election at Saugeen First Nation are confirmed.
First Nation Electoral Officer Scott Jacob says those who did not want to stand for nomination have been taken off the list.
Jacob says there are two people running for the one position of Chief.
Incumbent Randall Kahgee Junior, and challenger Gayle Mason.
He says there are nine councillors to be elected.
Initially, 44 people were nominated to fill those spots, now 38 stand as the final count.
Jacob says polls open at 9am June 24th at the James Mason Cultural/Memorial Community Centre, and close at 8pm.
