A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a house fire in Holstein.
The Mount Forest volunteer fire department and Grey County OPP were on the scene of the fire on Grey Road 109 around 5 o’clock yesterday afternoon.
The fire department extinguished the flames that gutted the interior of the home.
Two male residents — a 44 year old and a 72 year old — were taken to the hospital in Mount Forest.
The 44 year old man was transferred to a London hospital with more serious injuries and burns.
The Fire Marshall’s office has been called to help determine the cause of the fire.
Grey County OPP are also investigating.
