Sold land in Saugeen Shores is now for sale.
Beach News has learned the vacant land across from Home Hardware in Port Elgin is once again for sale through Remax.
Signs were put up Friday, stating as much.
The land had been sold to Edgewater Builders.
They planned to put up 23 upscale townhomes, at an investment worth about 5 million dollars.
No further details are available as of yet.
