A Mount Forest area community is mourning the death of a 16-year-old boy killed in a freak accident. Police say Sean Faris of Harriston bled to death on Saturday after falling from a tree house and landing on a small knife. Paramedics could not revive the boy at the scene. O-p-p say investigators are still trying to piece together exactly what happened and are releasing few other details about the incident. Police are treating the fatality as a sudden death and foul play is not suspected. An autopsy will be performed today in London.
