South Bruce OPP are looking for a man who is reported missing from Lucknow.
OPP say they received a report at about 3:45 p.m. on Friday January 21st, that 28 year old Joshua Culp of Huron-Kinloss had last been seen on January 14th at 4 p.m. on Walter Street in Lucknow. (This article has been updated to correct Culp’s age from age initially reported by OPP as 24 to 28).
He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 160 lbs, with a thin build, dirty blond hair and blue eyes.
He has a tattoo on his left forearm that reads, “CRIP” and a tattoo on his right forearm with a smiley face with its tongue out.
OPP say he has ties to Hanover, Goderich, London and Waterloo Region.
