Service Ontario is coming back to Kincardine and will now be located just down the road inside Kincardine Home Hardware located on Hwy 21.
Home Hardware Co-Owner Melanie Pyke says the new location will open on Feb 18, 2020.
“When the Service Ontario closed in Kincardine we saw it as something that the people of Kincardine still required so we filled out the application and become the Service Ontario for Kincardine.”
She adds it won't be the same people that worked at the other location but they “are in the process of training existing staff”.
Pyke hopes they can provide the same customer service which they do in the rest of their store.
She adds the Service Ontario won't be open the same hours as Kincardine Home Hardware and will be open Mon-Friday from 9-5 pm and Saturdays 9-12 pm.
“You'll still use the same entrance, everyone will come in the front door and in one of our backrooms we built some walls so it will be enclosed in there.”
The former Service Ontario location in Kincardine closed in April 2019.
