There is a new Nursery School open in Balmy Beach.
The Queen of Hearts is a now a fully licensed Nursery School , with 26 children from around the area including from Tara, Chatsworth, Kemble, and Owen Sound.
A Grand Opening of the Nursery will be held on June 22nd at 10am, with Georgian Bluffs Mayor Alan Barfoot on hand for the ceremony.
They have two main areas in the school, one for children under 30 months and one for children over 30 months. With a minimum age of 14 months.
Director Carron Standoloft says it has taken over a year to build the facility and they are very proud of the facilities.
In addition to the Nursery Director, there is also a Nursey Supervisor who is an Early Child Educator as well as being a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience.
The rates at Queen of Hearts are 33 dollars per day which are in line with licensed Centres in Owen Sound.
