South Bruce OPP say a South Bruce man is facing several charges following a traffic complaint.
On May 28 just before 8 p.m., officers received a traffic complaint for a vehicle along Sideroad 20 in South Bruce.
Police say officers found the vehicle and while speaking with the driver, they detected signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported for further testing.
As a result, the 28-year-old accused was charged with operating while impaired, failing or refusing to comply with a demand, dangerous operation, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving a vehicle with no licence, being a novice driver with a blood alcohol concentration of above zero, driving with no plates, operating an unsafe vehicle, being a G1 licence holder while unaccompanied by a qualified driver, and driving with an open container of liquor.
They are set to appear in court next month in Walkerton.
