A 33-year-old Kincardine resident is facing charges following a break and enter that happened on Thursday morning.
South Bruce OPP were called to a home on Kincardine Avenue just before 7 am, and found that someone had broken into the rear door of the home while the occupants were inside.
The accused was placed into custody without incident.
They’re charged with breaking and entering into a house, as well as failure to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held for a bail hearing, then remanded into custody.
