The Paisley branch of the Bruce County Public Library is moving to the Paisley Community Centre.
The Library says it will be moving to a bright and accessible new home at 391 Queen Street West.
In preparation for the transition, the library had offered a community survey to get feedback surrounding hours of operation, as well as branch priorities.
A key part of the new library was the support from the residents of Arran-Elderslie, which helped to secure the location on the second storey, as well as the work for the renovations and install a new elevator at the Paisley Community Centre, which allows everyone to access the space.
The renovations for the library cost $585,000 from municipal funding and another $218,000 from the province.
A grand opening for the new Paisley Branch is scheduled for Friday, July 12 from 9:30 until 2 pm.
