One Kincardine councillor will table a motion tonight that is aimed at a collaborative effort focusing on physician recruitment.
Councillor Doug Kennedy is putting the motion forward to pursue discussions with the Municipality of Saugeen Shores to talk about strategies to recruit medical professionals to Bruce County.
If the motion is accepted by the rest of council, it would direct Mayor Kenneth Craig and CAO Jillene Bellchamber-Glazier to meet with representatives from Saugeen Shores to hold those discussions and then report back to council.
