South Bruce OPP say charges have been laid following a collision with a brick wall in Tiverton.
Police say on Feb. 1 at 10:50 p.m., the OPP received a report of a single vehicle collision at the intersection of King Street and Main Street. Officers arrived on the scene to find a vehicle had collided with a small brick wall at the intersection.
OPP say the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol and placed the accused under arrest.
After administering tests, police say the 26-year-old from Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operating over 80 milligrams.
These charges come with a 90-day license suspension and an immediate seven-day vehicle impoundment.
Police say the accused is set to appear in court in Walkerton on March 15.
