Bruce Power has donated $100,000 to the Teeswater Medical Centre to help with renovations.
The medical centre is hoping to raise $2.6 million.
The goal is to have the renovations help with making the clinic modern, and fully accessible.
The donation from Bruce Power also brings them closer to their fundraising goal, as donations have now exceeded the $2 million mark.
Bruce Power’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Rencheck says that the company is proud to support the Teeswater Medical Centre, and help them achieve a state-of-the-art facility.
As a part of Bruce Power’s commitment to helping support local health care, they’ve so far committed $3.65 million to local hospital foundations since 2019.
