South Bruce OPP charged two stunt drivers in as many days this week.
Police say, on Tuesday, (May 3) just before 9 in the morning an officer on patrol on Highway 21 in Kincardine Township noticed a vehicle moving at a high speed.
OPP say it was displayed on radar at more than 140 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. A 43-year-old Saugeen Shores resident was charged with racing.
On Monday (May 2) at 10:15 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 19 in Brant Township noticed a vehicle moving at a high speed.
The vehicle’s speed was displayed on radar at more than 140 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. A 36-year-old Brockton resident was charged with racing.
OPP say this charge includes an immediate 30-day driver’s license suspension and an immediate 14-day vehicle impoundment.
