The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported three new Covid case in the region on Saturday.
According to Public Health, one resident from South Bruce Peninsula, one from Brockton and one from Hanover tested positive.
With 11 previous cases now resolved, the region’s active known case load goes down to 36. One local resident is currently hospitalized.
Public Health says there are also three people from other health units transferred to local intensive care units in the area.
Seven Grey Bruce residents have died from the virus over the course of the pandemic.
More than 128,000 Covid vaccine doses have been administered in the region to date.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Friday is reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
