Police in West Grey are searching for a 69-year old man wanted for obstructing a peace officer during a raid at Michael Schmidt’s Durham-area farm in October.
Officers need help locating George Hugh Bothwell of Meaford.
Anyone with information in regards to Bothwell’s whereabouts, is asked to contact the West Grey Police Service immediately.
As you may remember, authorities raided a rural property belonging to Michael Schmidt on October 2nd to collect evidence against his raw milk operation.
Several of Schmidt’s supporters were charged with obstructing a peace officer.
Activists via social media said that the raid involved the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance and local police.
