One person is dead after a two vehicle crash on Highway 21 and Bruce Road 6 at Pine River, south of Kincardine.
South Bruce OPP say say both vehicles were off the road after the crash, southwest of the intersection after 9 PM on Friday.
Police say one driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the other driver was taken to Kincardine hospital with life threatening injuries.
No name has been released pending notification of next of kin.
Bruce County EMS and the Ripley Fire Department were also at the scene.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation unit is assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
Highway 21 has been closed between Concession 6 and Concession 10 of Huron Township.
